Nearing the time to order the kitchen – we know what we want, but not quite sure how it will translate into our space.  Time is running out and …Yikes!!

wow.. this would be amazing!  Slightly industrial elegance.

Floating shelves with ceramic back splash??

Love the rustic cabinetry mixed with the clean modern base.

No fuss, tons of charm.

The texture of this pot reminds me of ripples in water. It's a nice touch for a natural setting. (

It’s been a bit over 2 months into our Phase 2 renovation : our unit.

Here is a list of things to do:

1. Bathroom tiling : tiles and most of the fixtures ready!  Need to finalize the wash basin and vanity.  Will probably search for a unique vintage mirror down the road.

2. Moldings for floor and doors : need to finalize selection, which means a trip to Home Depot.  I’m thinking to check out Dyke’s Lumber – looks like they might have nice selection of base moldings.

3. Primer and Paint walls and floors

4. Kitchen and Bathroom installation

5. Lighting installation

6. others : I’m sure there will be tons of little things left over.

About 2 more months to go!!!
